Growth Ministry Teams
Marketing – Its coordinator will be Sis Jamale. This Ministry will focus on all marketing materials and aspects of the Growth Ministry, i.e. business cards, tracts, web coordination, youth materials, Flyers..etc.
Membership Administration – Its coordinator is Sis Sherrea. This Ministry will focus on identifying, maintaining the headcount of the church, phone lists of its members, as well as establishing a plan for the 1st thru 7th week after a new member attends GLCM. This Ministry will also establish a plan for contacting those that attend the church who have missed within the 1st thru 7th week of missed services.
In House Care – Its coordinator will be Mother Rosie. This Ministry will focus on the existing members, keeping its pulse on the internal ministry. Establishing a plan to check in with members on what’s going on, how can we help.
Youth – Its coordinator will be Sis Felicia. This Ministry will focus on the youth both new and existing. Developing activities for the youth to stay centered in Christ as well as teach their friends about what they believe.
Events – its coordinator will be Sis Petty. This Ministry will focus on events for new members. Events such as new member orientation, youth orientation, etc.
Education – Its coordinator will be Sis Wade. This Ministry will focus on establishing educational tools and resources for the body, both new and existing members. Will also develop and maintain recommended readings, etc.
Treasury – Its coordinator will be Sis Patsy. This Ministry will focus on the establishing and maintaining budgets and financial planning for all the ministries within the Growth Ministry.
